01Do I need to create an account?+
No. You only provide a Telegram or Discord username during checkout.
02Which cryptocurrencies are accepted?+
ETH, USDT on the ERC-20 network and Litecoin.
03How long is inventory reserved?+
The normal reservation is 15 minutes. If a payment is detected but fails, has the wrong amount or needs investigation, the inventory remains reserved until the administrator resolves the case manually.
04When is a payment complete?+
A detected transaction is not treated as paid. ETH and USDT wait for Ethereum finality; Litecoin waits for the configured strict confirmation threshold before delivery.
05What happens after payment?+
After network finality, the system generates a private delivery link containing the account details and instructions.
06How long does the delivery link work?+
Seven days. It can be opened multiple times during that period.
07Are refunds or guarantees provided?+
All sales are final. The exact account contents are shown before purchase; there is no post-delivery warranty.
